About this video: In this Property Rights Network video, the second in a series, Dolores and Renee Michaels of King of the Wind Farms discuss the difficulties they experienced with local government and Michigan Department of Environmental Quality officials in operating their horse farm and organic composting operations in Macomb Township. Dolores Michaels specifically names DEQ District Supervisor Teresa Seidel as visiting King of the Wind Farms “115 times” to investigate claims of noxious odors. PRN possesses video of a township planning meeting at which Ms. Seidel claimed to have visited the site between 80 to 100 times over the course of one summer, and also has an affidavit signed by Ms. Seidel in which she acknowledges that she has no specialized training in odors. The video is 9 minutes and 38 seconds.
